Carl and Kloey were married on what seemed like an unusually warm day last November. Kloey got ready at Carl’s parents house and when they were both ready, Carl came out there to see her. Everyone had a snack and then we drove over to Lester Park for wedding portraits. I really loved that both Carl and Kloey were gifted handkerchiefs on their special day. Kloey received one that said “For Happy Tears” and Carl received one from his father with his initials embroidered on it. After the family photos, Carl and Kloey decided to go down the slide on the playground at the park! It was so great. :) Then we snuck down to Brighton Beach for a few last photos as sunset was coming.
One of my favorite memories is when Kloey was getting ready, I’d guess around 2 pm, she said “I just want to be with Carl! It’s my wedding day and I haven’t even seen him yet.” Thankfully he arrived soon after! It got me thinking that some couples get ready together on their wedding day’s and maybe there’s something to that. <3
